The Gardens at Tomsallagh
Rita’s beautiful gardens are lovingly maintained and guests are encouraged to roam around the gardens in search of their chosen spot to paint or write to their hearts content.
Visitors to the Corn Loft are welcome to explore the extensive gardens.
Visiting writers and artists can be found on the beech-lined avenue, painting the lodge from under the laurels, sitting by the pond or sketching the original stone-faced ‘outhouse’ which is tucked into a discrete corner of the garden.
For plant lovers, the garden offers a wide variety of flowers, shrubs and trees and boasts a mass of colour from spring through to autumn.
